TERM AND SERVICES
Content: Only Safe For Work (SFW) content is accepted.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Standard Timeline: Commissions are typically completed within 14 days for basic orders or more than 3 weeks, depending on complexity, and the queue.
Rush Orders: Available for an additional fee. Rush orders have different terms, including higher payment based on art details.
Delays: Any delays will be communicated promptly.REVISIONS
Major Revisions: Accepted only during the sketch phase (e.g., pose, clothing changes).
Minor Revisions: Allowed during the lineart and coloring phases.PAYMENTS
Upfront Payment: Full payment is required after we agree with the sketch. The price may vary based on character design, complexity, and revisionsNo Refunds: Please reconsider before commissioning, as refunds are not provided once we agree with the sketch.
COMMERCIAL USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
USE
-Personal Use: The client may use the art for personal purposes only unless otherwise agreed upon.
-Streaming Use: Art for streaming purpose costs 50% more than the base price
Commercial Use: Art for merchandise and print purposes costs 250% more than the base price.Client are extremely required to credit the artist.AI and NFTs: The commissioned work may not be used for AI services, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or other blockchain-related services.Artist Rights: I retain the rights to the commissioned work. Please inquire about commercial use and full copyright terms.
